Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Pattern: 37.5 Hrs PW, Monday to Friday
Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 per year (depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Accountant, you’ll play a key role in managing client accounts and ensuring smooth financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling client queries related to Tax and Accounts
- Preparing Accounts up to Trial Balance for finalisation
- Building strong client relationships and ensuring top-tier service
- Liaising with HMRC for reconciliations and missing payments
- Chasing and checking client data for accuracy and completeness
- Preparing and submitting VAT Returns & Self-Assessments
- Handling Corporate Tax Returns, Payroll, and CIS
- Supporting Accounts Finalisation
- Identifying client needs and referring them to relevant teams (e.g., Tax Investigation, Mortgage, R&D claims)
- Conducting Client Tax Review Meetings
- Ensuring compliance with Money Laundering regulations
What We’re Looking For
- AAT qualified or equivalent (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting role
- Up-to-date knowledge of Tax Legislation and Accounting Standards
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
